Get in shape, swim faster, & improve your technique! Each practice comes with personal, professional coaching. We work with you to make sure you get the workouts you need for your goals.

This plan includes your choice of Swim Plan A, B, or C which include 3 fixed am practices plus 3 bonus practices!
This program begins with exclusive water awareness which includes:
- Video analysis
- Streamlining / Balance / Stability
- Effective push off from wall
- Body rotation
- Sculling and kicking drills
- Head positioning /Breathing patterns
- And much more!
