Distance Training Plan & Drop-In Training Plan

Distance Swim Training Plan – great for Ironman athletes!

Registration for this package is open ONLY to those who’ve purchased one of our Techno Swim Programs first!

Add to your regular training plan – this plan offers training for specialized distance practices to build stamina and strength.

BENEFITS INCLUDE:

  • 1-2.5hour practices
  • Lots of lane space for distance swimmers, triathletes, Ironmen & 400IM swimmers who want to swim all 4 strokes
  • Choose from combination of 12 training blocks/week
  • Ability to do a longer practice before or after vacation weekends/weeks or business trips
  • Longer warm-up & main sets plus complete cool down which yields better results!

Program runs September to May @University of Ottawa Pool

Drop in any day of the week , once per week- just $40/month!

*note: all members are required to pay a $59 Club administration fee on top of the price listed
