The National Capital Cup Series is a series of short
course sprint and distance meets. Individual awards are presented for top three in each
age group for both the distance series and the sprint series.
Place: First 5 points / Second 3 points / Third 1 point
At the end of the year, a Certificate of Achievement Award will be
awarded for all age groups and all swimmers for their placing in the National Capital Cup
Series.
Other swim meets offered are two open water swims and the TECHNOSPORT
INVITATIONAL.
Entry forms for the swim meets can be mailed,
emailed or
submitted online. Please keep all invitations handy and communicate with us to
indicate your interest EITHER WAY and for all or any one meet.
